Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Hope's Adventure app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Green Leap Games AB (the "Service Provider") as a free service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse-engineering, or extraction of the Application or its trademarks is prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may modify the Application or introduce charges at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated.

In-App Purchases
The Application may offer optional in-app purchases (IAP), including virtual items, upgrades, or digital content.

All purchases are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
Purchases are licensed, not owned, and have no real-world monetary value.
Purchases are non-transferable between accounts.
Refunds follow the respective platform policies.
The Service Provider may modify or remove virtual items or features at any time.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Advertising
The Application may display third-party ads via Google AdMob (banners, interstitials, rewarded videos).

Ads may use device identifiers (AAID or IDFA) for personalized content.
Where required by law (e.g., EU/EEA), consent will be requested before personalized ads.
Non-personalized ads will be shown if consent is declined.
The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party ad content or websites.

User Accounts
The Application may require or allow accounts via Unity Gaming Services (UGS), Firebase Authentication, or platform accounts (e.g., Google Play Games).

You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
Sharing accounts is prohibited.
Multiple accounts to exploit the system are prohibited.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations, cheating, or abusive behavior.

Account Deletion / Data Removal

You may request deletion of your account and personal data via www.greenleapgames.com/support.
Requests are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Deletion may affect app functionality and prevent restoration of purchased content.

Age Requirement

The Application is intended for users 13 years or older.
Minors under 18 must use the Application with parental consent.
Parents/guardians are responsible for purchases made by minors.

Device Responsibility

You are responsible for device security.
Do not jailbreak or root your device.
The Application may require an active internet connection.
You are responsible for any network charges, including roaming.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update or discontinue the Application at any time.
Updates may include feature changes, bug fixes, or content removal.
Continued use may require accepting updates.
Termination may occur without prior notice; licenses granted under these Terms end upon termination.

Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services, which have their own terms, conditions, and privacy practices.
Key services include Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Unity Gaming Services, and Google AdMob.

Your personal data is collected, used, and shared according to the Privacy Policy.
By using the Application, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS."
The Service Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages.
Nothing limits statutory consumer rights or data protection rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.
