1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hope's Adventure mobile application ("Application"), provided by Green Leap Games AB, a Swedish company registered in Sweden ("Service Provider", "we", "us", "our").

 

By tapping "Accept", creating an account, or continuing to use the Application, you confirm that:

 

  • You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy

  • You agree to be bound by these Terms

  • You meet the minimum age requirement for your country (see Section 4)

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the Application.

 

US RESIDENTS — IMPORTANT: These Terms include a binding individual arbitration clause and a class action waiver in Section 16. Please read it carefully before using the Application.

 

 

2. About the Service Provider

Green Leap Games AB is a Swedish company. These Terms represent a legal agreement between you and Green Leap Games AB.

3. Intellectual Property and Licence

All content, software, trademarks, artwork, and intellectual property within the Application are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

 

You may not:

 

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application

  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

  • Use the Application or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

 

 

4. Age Requirements

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above. Where the laws of your country require a higher minimum age for digital services or data processing consent, that higher age applies instead. By using the Application, you confirm you meet the applicable minimum age in your country.

 

Users who are minors (under 18, or under the age of majority in their country) must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Application on behalf of a minor, a parent or guardian confirms they have provided that consent and accepts responsibility for the minor's use, including purchases.

 

We do not knowingly allow children below the applicable minimum age to use the Application. If we identify such use, the account will be terminated and data deleted.

 

 

5. In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional purchases of virtual items, in-game currency, upgrades, and digital content ("Virtual Items").

5.1 General

  • All purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Payment, billing, and platform-level refunds are governed by the respective platform's terms.

  • Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used outside the Application.

  • We may modify, adjust, or remove Virtual Items or features at any time. Where this materially affects your purchased content, we will provide reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy.

  • Statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.

5.2 EU / EEA and UK — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason — unless you have expressly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right upon commencement of delivery.

 

By completing a purchase of Virtual Items that are immediately activated or credited to your account, you expressly request immediate delivery, consent to the Application beginning performance immediately, and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

 

If a purchase has not yet been delivered or activated, your 14-day withdrawal right applies in full. Contact contact@greenleapgames.com to exercise it.

5.3 Refunds

  • EU / EEA / UK users: Where the right of withdrawal applies (see Section 5.2), submit your request to contact@greenleapgames.com within 14 days.

  • All users: For purchases made via Google Play or Apple App Store, refund requests should be directed to the respective platform in accordance with their policies.

  • Statutory refund rights under mandatory consumer law are not limited by these Terms.

5.4 Pricing and Taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Prices may vary by region due to applicable taxes, currency conversion, and platform fees. All mandatory taxes are included in the displayed price where required by law.

 

 

6. Advertising

The Application displays third-party ads via Google AdMob.

 

  • Where required by law (EU/EEA, UK), we will request your explicit consent before displaying personalised ads.

  • On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt will be shown before any cross-app tracking.

  • If you decline personalised ads or tracking, non-personalised ads will be shown.

  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products or services they promote.

 

 

7. User Accounts

The Application may offer or require accounts via Unity Gaming Services, Firebase Authentication, Google Play Games (Android), or Apple Game Center (iOS).

 

  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

  • You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to access your account.

  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit features, circumvent bans, or gain unfair advantages is prohibited.

  • We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, cheating, abusive behaviour, or fraud.

  • Account suspension or termination does not entitle you to compensation for Virtual Items, except as required by applicable mandatory law.

 

 

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at: www.greenleapgames.com/support

 

  • Requests are processed within 30 days.

  • Deletion is permanent: all progress, Virtual Items, and account data will be lost.

  • We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g. financial transaction records for tax compliance).

  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

 

 

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

 

  • Cheat, use bots, automation scripts, hacks, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages

  • Exploit bugs or glitches (report them to contact@greenleapgames.com)

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts

  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

  • Impersonate the Service Provider or any other person or entity

 

 

10. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates the following third-party services, each subject to its own terms and privacy policy:

 

  • Google Play Services

  • Google Analytics for Firebase

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Firebase Authentication

  • Unity Gaming Services

  • Google AdMob

  • Apple Game Center (iOS)

  • Meta (Facebook) SDK — install attribution and advertising measurement (iOS and Android)

  • TikTok for Business SDK — install attribution and advertising measurement (Android; iOS pending)

 

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

 

 

11. Availability, Updates, and Discontinuation

  • The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

  • We may update, modify, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable.

  • We may discontinue the Application. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before shutdown where reasonably possible. EU/UK consumer rights regarding pre-purchased content will be respected on discontinuation.

  • We are not liable for losses caused by unavailability, technical failures, or discontinuation, except as required by mandatory law.

 

 

12. Privacy

Your personal data is collected, used, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.greenleapgames.com/general-5-1. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

 

  • The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

  • The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

  • Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Virtual Items in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 50 (or local currency equivalent).

 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes:

 

  • Liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct

  • Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law (including EU consumer rights, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or equivalent)

 

 

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory consumer protection or other laws of your country of residence provide stronger protection (which always apply).

EU / EEA Residents

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

 

You may also contact your national consumer protection authority or ombudsman.

UK Residents

These Terms are also subject to applicable UK mandatory consumer law. UK residents may refer unresolved disputes to the UK consumer ombudsman.

US Residents

See Section 16 (Binding Arbitration).

All Other Residents

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to the courts of Sweden, unless applicable mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

 

 

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes before they take effect, via in-app notice or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Application after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

For changes that materially affect your rights, we may ask you to accept the updated Terms explicitly before continuing to use the Application.

 

 

16. US Residents — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

This Section 16 applies only to users residing in the United States.
 

16.1 Informal Resolution First

Before initiating arbitration, contact us at contact@greenleapgames.com with a written description of your dispute and the relief you seek. We will try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 60 days. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith during this period.
 

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may initiate binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules (www.adr.org), as modified by these Terms.

 

  • Arbitration shall be conducted in English.

  • The seat of arbitration shall be in your state of residence, or by video/telephone if agreed.

  • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • The Service Provider will pay AAA arbitration filing fees for claims under USD 10,000, unless the arbitrator determines your claim is frivolous.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND GREEN LEAP GAMES AB AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. NEITHER PARTY MAY PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

 

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of Section 16.2 shall be void.

16.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@greenleapgames.com with subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
 

16.5 Exceptions

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from:

 

  • Bringing an individual claim in small claims court

  • Seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or to protect intellectual property

  • If you decline personalised ads or tracking, non-personalised ads will be shown.

  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products or services they promote.

 

 

7. User Accounts

The Application may offer or require accounts via Unity Gaming Services, Firebase Authentication, Google Play Games (Android), or Apple Game Center (iOS).

 

  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

  • You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to access your account.

  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit features, circumvent bans, or gain unfair advantages is prohibited.

  • We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, cheating, abusive behaviour, or fraud.

  • Account suspension or termination does not entitle you to compensation for Virtual Items, except as required by applicable mandatory law.

 

 

8. Account Deletion

  • Requests are processed within 30 days.

  • Deletion is permanent: all progress, Virtual Items, and account data will be lost.

  • We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g. financial transaction records for tax compliance).

You agree not to:

 

  • Cheat, use bots, automation scripts, hacks, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages

  • Exploit bugs or glitches (report them to contact@greenleapgames.com)

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts

  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

  • Impersonate the Service Provider or any other person or entity

 

 

10. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates the following third-party services, each subject to its own terms and privacy policy:

  • Google Analytics for Firebase

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Firebase Authentication

  • Unity Gaming Services

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

 

 

11. Availability, Updates, and Discontinuation

  • The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

  • We may update, modify, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable.

  • We may discontinue the Application. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before shutdown where reasonably possible. EU/UK consumer rights regarding pre-purchased content will be respected on discontinuation.

  • We are not liable for losses caused by unavailability, technical failures, or discontinuation, except as required by mandatory law.

 

 

12. Privacy

Your personal data is collected, used, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.greenleapgames.com/general-5-1. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

 

  • The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

  • The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

  • Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Virtual Items in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 50 (or local currency equivalent).

 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes:

 

  • Liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct

  • Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law (including EU consumer rights, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or equivalent)

 

 

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory consumer protection or other laws of your country of residence provide stronger protection (which always apply).

UK Residents

16. US Residents — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

16.1 Informal Resolution First

Before initiating arbitration, contact us at contact@greenleapgames.com with a written description of your dispute and the relief you seek. We will try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 60 days. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith during this period.

If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may initiate binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules (www.adr.org), as modified by these Terms.

 

  • Arbitration shall be conducted in English.

  • The seat of arbitration shall be in your state of residence, or by video/telephone if agreed.

  • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • The Service Provider will pay AAA arbitration filing fees for claims under USD 10,000, unless the arbitrator determines your claim is frivolous.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND GREEN LEAP GAMES AB AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. NEITHER PARTY MAY PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

 

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of Section 16.2 shall be void.

16.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@greenleapgames.com with subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
 

16.5 Exceptions

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from:

 

  • Bringing an individual claim in small claims court

Users who are minors (under 18, or under the age of majority in their country) must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Application on behalf of a minor, a parent or guardian confirms they have provided that consent and accepts responsibility for the minor's use, including purchases.

 

We do not knowingly allow children below the applicable minimum age to use the Application. If we identify such use, the account will be terminated and data deleted.

11. Availability, Updates, and Discontinuation

  • The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

  • We may update, modify, or remove features at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable.

  • We may discontinue the Application. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before shutdown where reasonably possible. EU/UK consumer rights regarding pre-purchased content will be respected on discontinuation.

  • We are not liable for losses caused by unavailability, technical failures, or discontinuation, except as required by mandatory law.

 

 

12. Privacy

Your personal data is collected, used, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.greenleapgames.com/general-5-1. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

 

  • The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

  • The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

  • Our total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for Virtual Items in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 50 (or local currency equivalent).

 

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes:

 

  • Liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct

  • Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law (including EU consumer rights, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or equivalent)

 

 

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory consumer protection or other laws of your country of residence provide stronger protection (which always apply).

EU / EEA Residents

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

 

You may also contact your national consumer protection authority or ombudsman.

UK Residents

These Terms are also subject to applicable UK mandatory consumer law. UK residents may refer unresolved disputes to the UK consumer ombudsman.

US Residents

See Section 16 (Binding Arbitration).

All Other Residents

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to the courts of Sweden, unless applicable mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

 

 

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes before they take effect, via in-app notice or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Application after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

For changes that materially affect your rights, we may ask you to accept the updated Terms explicitly before continuing to use the Application.

 

 

16. US Residents — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

This Section 16 applies only to users residing in the United States.
 

16.1 Informal Resolution First

Before initiating arbitration, contact us at contact@greenleapgames.com with a written description of your dispute and the relief you seek. We will try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 60 days. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith during this period.
 

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may initiate binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules (www.adr.org), as modified by these Terms.

 

  • Arbitration shall be conducted in English.

  • The seat of arbitration shall be in your state of residence, or by video/telephone if agreed.

  • The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • The Service Provider will pay AAA arbitration filing fees for claims under USD 10,000, unless the arbitrator determines your claim is frivolous.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND GREEN LEAP GAMES AB AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. NEITHER PARTY MAY PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

 

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of Section 16.2 shall be void.

16.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@greenleapgames.com with subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
 

16.5 Exceptions

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from:

 

  • Bringing an individual claim in small claims court

  • Seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm or to protect intellectual property

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hope's Adventure mobile application ("Application"), provided by Green Leap Games AB, a Swedish company registered in Sweden ("Service Provider", "we", "us", "our").

 

By tapping "Accept", creating an account, or continuing to use the Application, you confirm that:

 

  • You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy

  • You agree to be bound by these Terms

  • You meet the minimum age requirement for your country (see Section 4)

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the Application.

 

US RESIDENTS — IMPORTANT: These Terms include a binding individual arbitration clause and a class action waiver in Section 16. Please read it carefully before using the Application.

 

 

2. About the Service Provider

Green Leap Games AB is a Swedish company. These Terms represent a legal agreement between you and Green Leap Games AB.

3. Intellectual Property and Licence

All content, software, trademarks, artwork, and intellectual property within the Application are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

 

You may not:

 

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application

  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

  • Use the Application or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

 

 

4. Age Requirements

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above. Where the laws of your country require a higher minimum age for digital services or data processing consent, that higher age applies instead. By using the Application, you confirm you meet the applicable minimum age in your country.

 

Users who are minors (under 18, or under the age of majority in their country) must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Application on behalf of a minor, a parent or guardian confirms they have provided that consent and accepts responsibility for the minor's use, including purchases.

 

We do not knowingly allow children below the applicable minimum age to use the Application. If we identify such use, the account will be terminated and data deleted.

 

 

5. In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional purchases of virtual items, in-game currency, upgrades, and digital content ("Virtual Items").

5.1 General

  • All purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Payment, billing, and platform-level refunds are governed by the respective platform's terms.

  • Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used outside the Application.

  • We may modify, adjust, or remove Virtual Items or features at any time. Where this materially affects your purchased content, we will provide reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy.

  • Statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.

5.2 EU / EEA and UK — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason — unless you have expressly consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right upon commencement of delivery.

 

By completing a purchase of Virtual Items that are immediately activated or credited to your account, you expressly request immediate delivery, consent to the Application beginning performance immediately, and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

 

If a purchase has not yet been delivered or activated, your 14-day withdrawal right applies in full. Contact contact@greenleapgames.com to exercise it.

5.3 Refunds

  • EU / EEA / UK users: Where the right of withdrawal applies (see Section 5.2), submit your request to contact@greenleapgames.com within 14 days.

  • All users: For purchases made via Google Play or Apple App Store, refund requests should be directed to the respective platform in accordance with their policies.

  • Statutory refund rights under mandatory consumer law are not limited by these Terms.

5.4 Pricing and Taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. Prices may vary by region due to applicable taxes, currency conversion, and platform fees. All mandatory taxes are included in the displayed price where required by law.

 

 

6. Advertising

The Application displays third-party ads via Google AdMob.

 

  • Where required by law (EU/EEA, UK), we will request your explicit consent before displaying personalised ads.

  • On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt will be shown before any cross-app tracking.

  • If you decline personalised ads or tracking, non-personalised ads will be shown.

  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products or services they promote.

 

 

7. User Accounts

The Application may offer or require accounts via Unity Gaming Services, Firebase Authentication, Google Play Games (Android), or Apple Game Center (iOS).

 

  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

  • You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to access your account.

  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit features, circumvent bans, or gain unfair advantages is prohibited.

  • We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, cheating, abusive behaviour, or fraud.

  • Account suspension or termination does not entitle you to compensation for Virtual Items, except as required by applicable mandatory law.

 

 

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at: www.greenleapgames.com/support

 

  • Requests are processed within 30 days.

  • Deletion is permanent: all progress, Virtual Items, and account data will be lost.

  • We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g. financial transaction records for tax compliance).

  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

 

 

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

 

  • Cheat, use bots, automation scripts, hacks, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages

  • Exploit bugs or glitches (report them to contact@greenleapgames.com)

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts

  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

  • Impersonate the Service Provider or any other person or entity

 

 

10. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates the following third-party services, each subject to its own terms and privacy policy:

 

  • Google Play Services

  • Google Analytics for Firebase

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Firebase Authentication

  • Unity Gaming Services
